Appliance repair parts and HVAC distributor D&L Parts Company (D&L) acquired Cashwell Appliance Parts (Cashwell). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
A fellow HVAC and appliance parts distributor based in Fayetteville, NC, Cashwell operates seven locations in North Carolina and four in Virginia.
“Cashwell has been in our family for decades and we had a lot of requirements we needed to see in a strong buyer for our business,” Cashwell President Susan Renegar said in an Aug. 7 news release. “We have always admired D&L and their operation, and we could not be happier for the future of our employees, our customers and suppliers now that we have joined forces with this great company and their talented employees.”
D&L manages 30 locations across Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
