France-based electrical supplies distributor Sonepar reported sales of $35.1 billion USD in 2024, driven by acquisitions and digital performance.
The company acquired 17 new companies during the year, representing 154 new branches and over 3,100 new associates. Seven of them were in North America, representing $2.06 billion in added revenue and 1,700 new employees.
Those stats were shared by the company in a March 23 ‘Key Figures’ news posting.

In its core business across the Americas, spanning eight countries, the company reported sales of $17.3 billion.
In 2024, Sonepar generated $11.9 billion in digital sales, driven by its omnichannel platform, Spark, which reported a 30% revenue growth. As part of its supply chain modernization initiative, Sonepar said it launched 10 new automated distribution centers globally.

In recent news, Sonepar appointed Stacy Stanslaski as Vice President of Business Transformation within the company’s Digital Enterprise organization, announced on March 20.
