Heavy duty truck parts distributor FleetPride acquired Houton, TX-based OTR Fleet Service. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
OTR Fleet Service is a truck repair and fleet maintenance provider based in Texas, offering services through its centers in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio, as well as over 30 mobile units. The mobile fleet delivers a range of services, including major truck repairs, trailer body repairs, refurbishments and heavy mechanical repairs.

“This acquisition strengthens our presence in key priority markets, expands our ability to serve more customers including on-site mobile maintenance, and fuels our growth with exceptional talent and resources,” FleetPride President of Parts and Services Mike Harris said in a March 18 news release. “By combining our strengths, we are building a stronger future and delivering even greater value to our customers and partners.”
FleetPride said the acquisition of OTR Fleet Service enhances its service capabilities across Texas and strengthens its network of parts and service locations nationwide, while also expanding its mobile maintenance offerings.
