Orlando was appointed EVP in 2023 after serving as VP of sales & marketing since 2005. During his tenure, the company said he drove growth, elevating the company to top ranks in motion and control supply. He led business diversification into new markets, such as air systems, chemical, defense, alternative fuels and semiconductors, while managing acquisitions, expanding operations and broadening Exotic’s product and service portfolio. Before joining Exotic, Orlando was VP at Morell Inc. for 15 years.
