Industrial and safety supplies distributor R.S. Hughes appointed Sergio Grimaldo as Chief Supply Chain Officer and Jessica Sardina as Vice President of Marketing. Both started their roles in early January 2025.
Grimaldo has previous experience in supply chain and operations leadership across the manufacturing, distribution and automotive industries. Prior to joining R.S. Hughes, he served as VP of Supply Chain and Operations at Broan-NuTone, where he optimized distribution networks, enhanced operational efficiency and improved inventory management.
In his new role, Grimaldo will draw on his experience in lean operations, logistics strategy and trade compliance to advance R.S. Hughes’ supply chain capabilities.

Sardina has over 20 years of expertise in SaaS, manufacturing and distribution, with a track record of driving revenue growth and leading organizations through transformational change. R.S. Hughes said she was identified as the ideal leader to take the company’s marketing strategy forward.
