Packaging solutions distributor TricorBraun completed its previously announced acquisition of Veritiv Containers, formerly known as All American Containers.
Terms were not disclosed, but the transaction was originally announced on Dec. 9.

Atlanta, GA-based Veritiv Containers is a distributor of custom and stock rigid packaging solutions, serving the food and beverage, wine and spirits, personal care and industrial sectors. The company operates from multiple locations throughout North America.
The acquisition enhances TricorBraun’s North American presence, adding seven locations and over 500,000 square feet of capacity to its network.
“We are pleased to grow our industry-leading primary packaging offering, providing customers with expanded services and supply chain options,” TricorBraun President and CEOR Court Carruthers said in a Jan. 31 news release. “We have great respect for the Veritiv team’s expertise, quality and customer service, and are excited to officially welcome them to the TricorBraun family.”
