Deerfield, IL-based commercial products distributor and commerce provider Essendant partnered with global commerce solutions provider Rithium.
Atlanta, GA-based Rithum enables brands, retailers and suppliers to deliver third-party commerce experiences. Essendant said the Rithum platform accelerates growth, optimizes multi-channel operations, expands product offerings and improves margins.
Essendant said the partnership provides brands and retailers with integrated access to Rithum’s platform and Essendant’s fulfillment network, improving operational efficiency, inventory management and order fulfillment, including final-mile delivery.
“This partnership represents another step forward in our commitment to providing comprehensive solutions for our brands and retail partners,” Essendant Interim CEO David Boone said in a Jan. 16 news release. “By combining Rithum’s innovative platform with our extensive fulfillment capabilities, we’re enabling merchants to scale their operations more efficiently than ever before.”
Essendant offers wholesale distribution and fulfillment services to resellers and brands, helping companies drive growth, enhance customer experience and optimize supply chains. The company provides U.S. delivery, system integrations from point of sale to delivery and eCommerce services for online sales.
