Metalworking and MRO supplies distributor BlackHawk Industrial appointed Jay Dykstra and Chad Patterson as Sales Managers for the company’s Lake Michigan region.
Dykstra and Patterson will optimize sales processes, drive growth, strengthen customer partnerships and align with the BlackHawk’s “Big Enough to Serve, Small Enough to
Care” mission, the company said in a Dec. 3 news release.
Dykstra is an industry veteran with over 20 years of sales management experience. Additionally, he has expertise in the manufacturing, construction, agriculture and heavy equipment sectors.
Patterson is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and distribution. He has experience in the automotive, mold and die, aerospace and fabrication industries. Patterson previously worked at BlackHawk Industrial following its acquisition of Alro Industrial Supply, where he spent 17 years in distribution services.

Tulsa, OK-based BlackHawk — No. 34 on MDM’s Top Distributors List for Industrial Supplies, and No. 15 for MRO — previously announced the promotion of Marco Morgado as General Manager of the Northeast Region on Nov. 21.
