San Francisco, CA-based Fluid Gauge is a distributor of flow control solutions, serving customers in the Northwest and Southwest regions of the U.S. Established in 1932, the family-owned company operates from two locations in California and provides services to the food & beverage, biopharma, industrial, municipal and institutional markets.
“We look forward to partnering with Caroline and the rest of the FGC team as we expand our metal products offering, strengthen our geographic footprint on the West coast, and further develop our fabrication expertise,” Harrington CEO Bob Graham said in a Nov. 20 news release. “Their knowledge of key complementary markets, such as the food and beverage industry, will be crucial as we continue to grow within sectors that require specialized flow control products and services.”
Harrington’s most recent previous acquisition was of Tulsa, OK-based Cortrol Process Systems, completed on Aug. 5.
