Construction and industrial supplies distributor White Cap acquired Midstream Supply & Rental.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Shreveport, LA-based Midstream Supply & Rental is a distributor of concrete accessories, erosion control, safety products and rental equipment. The company serviced non-residential and infrastructure end markets.
Midstream Supply & Rental is now integrated into the White Cap family of brands, branches and value-added services.
“White Cap is excited to expand our rental operations and value-added services in the Central Region with the addition of Midstream Supply & Rental,” White Cap CEO Alan Sollenberger said in a Nov. 18 news release. “With their skilled team and broad product and service offerings, we will strengthen our ability to drive our customers’ success.”
The deal represents White Cap’s 13th acquisition of 2024. Most recently, it acquired Nebraska-based TOOFast Supply, completed on Nov. 8 and Mechanicsburg, PA-based Valley Supply, completed on Nov. 1.
The company was No. 11 on MDM’s Industrial Supplies Top Distributors List, and No. 8 for Building Materials/Construction.
