Industrial polymer supplier Trelleborg Group — through its Trelleborg Sealing Solutions business — has agreed to acquired U.S. company CRC Distribution.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Robertsdale, AL-based CRC Distribution is a distributor of polymer sealing solutions and related services, including: hydraulics, hydropower, oil and gas. The company serves the U.S. but has recently expanded into the Mexican market. CRC Distribution generates annual sales of $16.08 million.
“The acquisition will strengthen Trelleborg’s customer offering, particularly toward mid-sized manufacturing companies and businesses focused on maintenance, repair, and operation of industrial equipment,” Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Jürgen Bosch said in an Oct. 22 news release.
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025.
