Fluid solutions distributor TIPCO Technologies acquired Charter Industrial Supply.

San Diego, CA-based industrial supplies distributor Charter Industrial Supply provides customers with a range of products — hydraulic hose & industrial hose, hose assemblies, pipe fittings, tubing, fasteners, valves and other related industrial supplies.
Founded in 2000, the company has an inventory of approximately 30,000 products, and supplies products to OEM and MRO customers across the U.S. The company will continue to be led by Dan and Dave Scordato.
