Brockton, MA-based electrical manufacturer representative Yanow, Inc. acquired Robert H. Schaub & Associates. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Syracuse, NY-based Robert H. Schaub & Associates — an agency that served the Upstate New York market for over 40 years — represented manufacturers such as Atkore’s Cope, CALBRITE, CALBOND, UNISTRUT brands and WTEC Wire & Cable. The represented manufacturers are now included in the Yanow product portfolio.
Scott McGrew joined Yanow immediately following the acquisition to continue his responsibilities — supporting contractors, specifiers and distributors. McGrew has more than 40 years of experience selling electrical products & solutions to contractors and wholesalers in the region.
“Adding Scott and his manufacturer portfolio to Yanow enhances our strength and penetration of the contractor and distributor verticals in this growing market,” Yanow Region 2 Sales Director Greg Lyons said in an Aug. 2024 news release.
The acquisition closed earlier this month.
